Design and Communication: The design of this type of product is more complicated, so we suggest communicating with our design team in detail to ensure the final product meets your expectations. We will finish the design layout within 24 hours after we communicate all details. Payment Methods: These products support instalment payment. Just deposit US$100.00 to start. Production Cycle: Due to the complexity of the production process, the production cycle is 30 days. We'll update you on the progress in the meantime. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience during this period.
Return Policy: Due to the special nature of customised products, no return or exchange will be accepted for non-quality problems. If the product has quality issues, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the goods, and we will provide repair or remake services. Warranty Service: We provide one year of free warranty service for all customised products. Repairs beyond the warranty period will be charged appropriately.
Design Confirmation: Once the customised design is confirmed, it cannot be modified. Therefore, please be sure to check all design details in detail before confirmation. Delay and Compensation: If there is a delay due to force majeure, we will notify you in the first instance and negotiate a reasonable solution.

Note: We charge $100 USD for a painting layout. The amount is paid to the designer. This means we do not support a full refund if you are not satisfied. We can only negotiate a 10%-20% refund.
