Standard Return Policy
At Kegandesignjewelry, we want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping with us, which is why we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition, provided you contact us within 30 days from the delivery date.
Cancellation Policy
All items will enter production 120 minutes after we receive the payment. Therefore, any cancellations after this timeframe will incur a 20% material and processing fee. Please note that items with personalization, engraving, or special custom orders are generally not eligible for cancellation once production has started. Please carefully review your personalized information before submitting the order.
If you still wish to cancel a customized order after production has started, a 50% customized and material processing fee will be applied. Please feel free to contact our Customer Care Representatives if you have any questions before placing your order.
Return & Exchange Instructions
- Authorization Required: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- Return Time Frame: The time frame for return and exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.
- Original Condition: All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
- Shipping Method: Please use the Local Post Office when returning goods. If we fail to receive a return parcel sent through other carriers, the buyer will bear the loss.
- Promotional Gifts: If the returned item was accompanied by a promotional gift, this gift must also be returned. Otherwise, the retail value of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
Notes
- The return address is not the address on your package. Please contact our customer service first to obtain a return authorization.
- Products with “engravings,” “customized,” “personalized,” “photo,” “personal custom jewelry,” and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Return and reship costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Although you may have received free or discounted shipping, the original shipping fee is non-refundable. The postage cost will be deducted if it was a free shipping order.
- For orders to the United Kingdom and EU countries, 20% Value-added Tax (VAT) will be deducted.
- Once the product is delivered and the order transaction is completed, any customs insurance associated with the order will not be refunded in the case of after-sales issues.
Replacement Circumstances
Kegandesignjewelry. will resend a new product under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect Item Received: The customer received the wrong item.
- Item Defective or Incorrect: The item is broken, defective, or has an incorrect engraving. For broken or defective items, customers must contact Kegandesignjewelry. customer service within 48 hours of receiving their order.
Refunds
Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 7 working days once we receive the returned package. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please Note:
- The standard shipping rate before any discount will apply and is non-refundable.
- While you may have received free or undervalued shipping, we do incur the original cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, we do not refund the original shipping cost.
