At Kegan Design, every custom jewelry piece is handcrafted with care, precision, and time.
We do not accept last-minute or rush orders — because quality takes time, and you deserve nothing less.
Standard production time: 7–15 business days
Shipping time: 3–10 business days depending on location
Peak season notice (November–February):
During major holiday seasons like Christmas, New Year, and Valentine’s Day, our order volume increases significantly.
To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend placing your order at least 1.5 months in advance.
Our goal is always to finish your order as early as possible, but we prioritize quality over speed.
Custom jewelry starts with your vision — and the more specific you are, the better we can bring it to life.
We accept:
– Hand-drawn sketches
– Screenshot of styles you like (from Instagram, Pinterest, etc.)
– Descriptions of elements you want (name, symbols, shapes, etc.)
To provide you with an accurate quote and design:
– Please include the desired size (height and width in mm or cm)
– Please include a clear image of the desired design or concept
This helps us assess the design complexity and craftsmanship level. For example, tiny letters with intricate stones require more time and precise work than a bold logo piece.
Not sure about the size? Don’t worry — we’ll give you professional suggestions based on your style and usage (necklace, pendant, grillz, etc.).
Once we understand your idea, our in-house designers will create a 3D rendering of your custom jewelry — typically within 1–2 working days.
You will receive:
– A high-resolution 3D model for visual confirmation
– Our suggestions on materials, finishes, and structural adjustments (if any)
– An official quotation
If you’re ordering solid gold (10K/14K/18K), we will estimate the approximate gold weight (gram) based on your design. You’ll need to confirm this weight before we proceed, as gold pricing depends heavily on it.
We don’t move forward until you’re happy with both the design and the quote.
We know custom jewelry isn’t just a purchase — it’s personal, emotional, and time-sensitive.
To keep you at ease:
– At each major stage (wax mold, casting, stone setting, polishing), we send you real-time photo or video updates via email
– You will always know the progress, timeline, and what your piece looks like before it ships
– This level of transparency helps many of our customers feel confident, especially those ordering gifts or for events
Once the piece is finished:
– We send high-quality final images for your approval
– Only after your final confirmation, we ship the product via insured courier with tracking
Q: I don’t have a design, just an idea. Can I still customize?
A: Yes! As long as you can describe the style you want, our designers can sketch and 3D model it for you.
Q: Will the size affect the price a lot?
A: Yes. Larger or more complex pieces use more material and labor. We’ll provide affordable suggestions based on your needs.
Q: Can I revise the design?
A: Yes, you can revise before production. One free revision is included. Extra changes after production begins may incur additional charges.
Q: How will I know the final piece looks good?
A: We send photos and videos throughout production, including the 3D render, wax model, stone setting, and polishing stages.
Q: Can I receive my jewelry before a special date like Christmas or Valentine’s Day?
A: Production and shipping usually take 2–4 weeks. Please place your order at least 1.5 months in advance, especially during December and February.
