General Return Policy

Non-custom items: You may return non-custom jewelry within 14 days of receiving your order, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.  

Custom Jewelry: Custom-made jewelry is non-returnable unless it significantly differs from the approved design. Please review your design thoroughly before approval.

We strongly encourage you to review the final design carefully before approval to ensure it meets your expectations.

Defective Products: If your product arrives defective (e.g., broken stones, major construction flaws), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist with a replacement or repair.

Return Process

1. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@kegandesignjewelry.com within 14 days (7 days for defective items) of receiving your order.  

2. We will provide instructions and, if necessary, a Return Authorization Number (RAN).  

3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

For custom pieces, refunds are only applicable if the product differs from the approved design. Minor imperfections like gold plating wear or stone setting are not considered defects.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for custom jewelry. If you need a different size or style, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your item is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving your package. We will assist with a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
