We proudly offer worldwide shipping for all custom jewelry orders, using reliable carriers and secure packaging. Every shipment is fully insured and includes a tracking number, so you can rest easy knowing your piece is on its way, safe and sound.

Shipping Methods & Time

We ship using FedEx, DHL, or UPS express delivery services. All options are fast, reliable, and fully trackable. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country or region.

Shipping Method: FedEx / DHL / UPS

Shipping Time: 4–7 business days

Shipping Cost:

– FREE for orders over $100

– From $20 to $35 for orders under $100 (exact amount depends on country or region)

Note: For addresses including PO Boxes or APO/FPO, we can only use USPS (12–15 business days).

Packaging & Branding Options

All packages include a premium presentation box, protective packaging, and no jewelry-related labels for added security.
For our small business (B2B) customers, we offer custom packaging services. You may request to have your own brand logo printed on the jewelry box. This is ideal for resale or private label purposes.

Free Shipping Insurance

Every order is automatically insured at no extra charge. If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, we will file a shipping claim and arrange a free replacement or refund for you.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Please note that you may incur customs duties and taxes depending on your country’s policies. These charges are not collected by Kegan Design and are the buyer’s responsibility once the parcel reaches your destination.

We provide:
– A commercial invoice
– HS code declaration (custom jewelry)
– Accurate product value and origin
