This warranty covers:

Water Exposure & Gold Plating Care

Our jewelry pieces are electroplated with real gold and built to last. They are safe to wear while showering or swimming, but proper aftercare is essential to maintain their shine and durability.

Here’s how to take care of your piece:
✅ You can wear your jewelry while showering, sweating, or swimming (including pools or the sea)
⚠️ After exposure to water — especially chlorinated or salty water — please pat the jewelry dry with a soft cloth as soon as possible
🧴 Avoid applying lotion, perfume, or other chemicals while wearing the jewelry
🛑 Do not store the jewelry while wet — always ensure it’s dry before putting it away

Taking a few seconds to dry your jewelry after water exposure helps prevent long-term fading or dullness, and ensures your piece stays brilliant over time.

How Repairs Work

If your item requires repair under warranty:
– Please email us with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue
– If approved, you will ship the item back to our workshop (you cover the return shipping)
– We will handle the repair and send the item back to you at our cost

For minor issues (e.g., polishing), we may recommend local repair and offer a partial reimbursement case-by-case.

Optional Services After Warranty

Even after the warranty ends, we offer affordable after-sales services, including:
– Polishing
– Re-plating
– Stone replacement
– Chain/clasp repair
